Escalate when
If the status has not changed to 간선하차 after 48 hours, contact CJ Logistics customer service.
미배달 (Failed delivery) - recipient not home
Cause
Recipient was unavailable at the time of the delivery attempt.
What to do
CJ Logistics will attempt redelivery or leave an SMS with options. Contact CJ Logistics customer service to reschedule or arrange pickup at a nearby collection point.

If no redelivery is scheduled within 1 business day, contact CJ Logistics directly.
