  2. The InPost app (iOS and Android) is the primary way to manage InPost deliveries, showing real-time status, locker location on a map, and providing the opening code. An SMS is sent to the recipient when the parcel is placed in the locker, containing the locker address and a unique 6-digit pickup code

  3. Find your InPost Spain tracking number

    Locate your InPost Spain tracking number on your shipping confirmation email, order receipt, or shipping label.

  4. Go to the tracking page

    Visit https://www.inpost.es/seguimiento and enter your tracking number in the search field.

Parcel returned to sender due to collection deadline missed
Cause

Recipient did not collect the parcel within 8 calendar days of it being placed at the locker/Punto Pack.

Contact the sender to arrange re-shipment. Returned parcels must be re-sent as a new shipment.

Escalate when

Escalate to InPost customer service if the parcel shows 'Devolución en marcha' unexpectedly before the 8-day deadline.

Locker or Punto Pack is closed or full
Cause

The assigned delivery point may be temporarily out of service or at capacity.

What to do

InPost may redirect the parcel to an alternative nearby Punto Pack. Check the tracking page and the app for the updated collection point.

Escalate when

Contact InPost if the parcel is stuck in transit for more than 5 business days without appearing at a collection point.

Tracking not updating after 'Recogido por InPost'
Cause

Parcel is in transit between logistics centres with no intermediate scan. This is normal for domestic deliveries of 1-3 days.

What to do

Wait 24-48 hours for the next status update.

Escalate when

Contact InPost if there is no update after 5 business days for domestic or 8 business days for international shipments.
